What are your admission procedures / requirements?
- Vaccinations REQUIRED prior to stay:
  ·Rabies, Distemper, Bordetalla
  - (Recommended, but not required - Negative Fecal Exam)
- Pet must enter the kennel, flea, tick, and parasite free; reasonably clean and in good health (If a dog shows signs of fleas/ticks, it will be given a flea/tick treatment and a charge will be added to the total cost.
- Dogs are to be spayed or neutered if they are of an age where this is can be done. If dogs are not spayed or neutered, special arrangements may be possible if we are notified when reservations are made for the dog's stay.
- We do not accept female dogs that are in their heat cycle.
- Dogs UNDER 1 year old need special approval, please contact us.
What are the kennel hours?

Can I take a tour of the kennel?
- Yes, we love to have you tour the kennel, please contact Lisa or David to schedule a time to come for a visit.
What can I bring with or for my dog?
- Favorite toys, bedding, special treats, medication and food (FOOD MUST BE IN SEALED CONTAINER)
Is food provided for my dog(s)?
- FOOD IS NOT PROVIDED
What not to bring?
- Leashes or food bowls (we have stainless steel feed dishes and our own leashes to use)
What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
- In the unfortunate situation where your pet is sick or injured we will attempt to contact you and the emergency contact you have designated. As described in the “Owner Agreement” if we are unable to contact either of you, we will contact South Kent Veterinary Clinic in Caledonia for further medical instructions and/or treatment. These charges will be added to your bill.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- 14 day notice of cancellation for Spring Break reservations or deposit is forfeited
- 7 Day notice of cancellation for Holidays and weekends or deposit is forfeited
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
- We require deposit for ANY holiday, Spring Break, weekend, or extended stay
